The Lumen House
Client: Shamseer Location: Pookom, Panoor Year: 2026 Status: Proposed
The Lumen House is a contemporary residence that explores the interplay of light, materials, and spatial harmony. Defined by clean lines, warm wooden textures, and refined concrete finishes, the design creates a sophisticated yet welcoming living environment. The interiors embrace a neutral palette, complemented by carefully placed accent colours, layered lighting, and minimalist furnishings. Thoughtfully designed living spaces flow seamlessly into one another, creating a sense of openness and visual continuity. Soft natural light, elegant ceiling details, and curated decorative elements enhance the atmosphere throughout the home. Every space is designed with a balance of aesthetics, comfort, and functionality, reflecting a modern architectural approach where simplicity becomes a statement of luxury. The Lumen House — where light, material, and modern living come together.
